Its a Be Body Smart world!

At Be Body Smart we take any and every opportunity to fit in some exercise!!  Fiona and her hubby took some time out today and made the most of this beautiful weather we are enjoying here in The Isle of Skye and walked to the stunning Brother’s Point.  Fiona, being Fiona couldn’t resist this perfect photo opportunity!!  I cant think of a more perfect place to do a headstand!!!  Only at Be Body Smart!!
