Weight lifting champ at Skye Gym

This week in the West Highland Free Press (front page!) is one of Skye Gym’s best customers; 75 year old David Hearn. He trains regularly and was encouraged to enter competitive weight lifting by fellow gym members. He has been very successful and in fact has now won several medals in various national events.

He will shortly join 7 other members of a Scottish team travelling down to Wolverhampton where they will take on top power lifters from USA and Russia. All the members I’m sure will join with us in offering our congratulations to David and wish him every success in his competitions and continuing training at our gym. Fiona & Lorna
